Sultra Hair Mascara

I’ve been doing crazy things to my hair for as a long as I can remember. My mom is a hairdresser and she usually went along with whatever weird hairstyle I wanted. Except a few times… She wouldn’t dye my hair black and she wouldn’t give me red tips like Christina Aguilera in 7th grade. You know you wanted those too.

Anyways, I’ve noticed a lot of girls with bright-colored streaks lately, so I thought I’d share this cool new Sultra product that allows you to add non-permanent color to your hair. It’s called Hair Palette Color Hair Mascara and it comes in four vibrant colors. I tried Lapis Blue, because blue is the best!

Brush the color onto the hair with several coats. Wait for it to dry and then brush through. You may lose a little color when you brush it out, but you can always add more.

There are a few things that I don’t like about this product. It comes off easily, so you have to be careful with your clothing. It also gives your hair a gross texture, so I suggest using it on the under layer or putting your hair up. I liked how it looked twisted in my bangs.

Sultra Hair Mascara review and tutorialThis isn’t something I’d wear everyday, but it’s fun for going out on the weekend! It’s a little pricey at $24, but if you want something non-permanent to experiment with, I recommend trying it.

P.S. Sorry I’ve been MIA lately. Between working 40 hours a week and editing my mom’s book, it’s been hard to find time! I’ll get a day planner.
